How to choose your depth: hands-on, process or technical.

by Anna Patricia Fonseca on Oct 14, 2026

Each apprenticeship can be done at three depths. They share the same place and the same hosts; what changes is how far into the craft you go.

Hands-on

For first-timers. You do the real work alongside the team and leave with a clear picture of the whole craft.

Process

For people who want to understand the why behind each step, with more time on the decisions that shape the result.

“Pick the depth for the questions you want to answer, not the days you have.”

Technical

For people with some background who want the detail. Expect longer sessions and more time with the host.
